Smart Clerk Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Smart Clerk Referral Program is open to all registered users of Smart Clerk.

Self-referrals are not permitted. Users cannot refer themselves or their own accounts.

2. How It Works

Share your unique referral link with others via social media, online communities, or direct messaging.

You will receive a 10% commission on the first year's recurring plan payments made by each referred user who signs up and becomes a paying customer via your referral link.

The referred user will receive one additional bank account limit (+1), which will be activated only if they subscribe to a paid plan. This benefit is not available on free plans.

3. Rewards & Payments

Commission is calculated only on actual recurring plan subscription payments received from the referred user during their first year as a paid subscriber.

Payments for add-ons, one-time purchases, or other non-subscription items are not eligible for commission.

Commissions become eligible for payout 3 months after each qualifying payment is received, to ensure payments are valid and not refunded or charged back.

If a referred user requests a chargeback or a refund, any related commission will be reversed.

Commissions are paid out quarterly, provided you have reached a minimum payout threshold of $100.

To receive your payout, you must provide a valid invoice to Smart Clerk for the commission amount.

Smart Clerk reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions in cases of chargebacks, refunds, fraud, or abuse of the referral program.

4. Referral Link Usage

Referral links may be shared on personal websites, social media, online forums, and by direct message.

Spamming or any unauthorized advertising is prohibited. Referral links cannot be used for paid advertising on Smart Clerk brand keywords.

5. General

Smart Clerk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or its terms at any time without notice.

Abuse or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
